We AL Taza are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that capture our brand's essence and communicate our message. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Development: Create high-quality designs for various mediums, including digital social media,
2. Brand Identity: Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, communications, and product teams to understand design requirements and preferences.
4. Design Concepts: Brainstorm and present innovative design concepts that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
5. Design Execution: Design and deliver final design files, ensuring timely completion of projects.
6. Design Standards: Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
3. Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc..
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
1. UI/UX Experience: Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
2. Web Design Knowledge: Basic knowledge of web design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Motion Graphics Skills: Familiarity with motion graphics design and animation principles.
