Job Responsibilities – Merchandiser

1. Product Development & Techpack
● Prepare and maintain BOM, Costing Sheets and Techpacks for Bags, Rucksacks and
Apparel.
● Prepare detailed technical specifications, measurements, construction details and
material requirements.
● Ensure approved designs and technical requirements are correctly implemented in
samples.
2. Sampling & Master Coordination
● Coordinate with Masters for Bag, Rucksack and Apparel sample development.
● Follow up on samples progress and ensure required corrections are implemented.
● Review samples against techpack; approved design and development requirements.
● Maintain the final approved sample as a reference for further development and
production.
3. Overall Coordination
● Act as a coordination point between Design team, Master, Printing/Branding, Production
and external vendors/agencies.
● Support photoshoot preparation for new products.
● Monitor development activities and follow up on work is completed as planned.
● Identify product-related issues during development and coordinate with the concerned
team for timely resolution.
● Maintain proper documentation, references and status updates throughout the product
development process.
Requirements:
Graduation Preferred (Any stream).
4-5 years of experience in the same industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
