Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Contact Centre.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice interactions.
- Good typing speed and knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
