1. Maintaining the quality of service that customer service delivers
2. Demonstrate and lead by customer service at normal situations and emergencies
3. Sending DSR on daily/weekly basis as per customer requirement
4. Ensure no penalties incurred because of customer service shortfall
5. Ensure no detention or demurrage because of customer service mistake
6. Retain and develop existing accounts, business.
7. Building personable relationship with customers and vendors
8. Monitoring and maintaining the frequency of shipment status and updates
9. Maintaining turnaround time to revert the customer’s queries
10. Ensuring deep selling into customers handled with core focus on customer satisfaction
