About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Healthcare Business Development Manager to drive business growth across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, experience in healthcare solution sales, and a solid understanding of hospital procurement and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with hospital management, administrators, clinicians, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hospitals, consultants, and healthcare ecosystem partners.
- Manage proposals, tenders, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong network and existing relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Proven experience in selling one or more of the following solutions:
- Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
- Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- PACS/RIS Solutions
- Strong understanding of hospital buying processes, procurement cycles, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management) will be an added advantage.
