Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the Owner. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day business and personal tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Owner’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Owner.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with staff, clients, vendors, and external parties.
- Maintain files, records, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
- Assist in managing office operations and administrative activities.
- Remind the Owner of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Arrange meetings, take notes/minutes, and track action points.
- Handle personal errands and special assignments when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
