Position : Hr Recruiter and Executive
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Ensure recruitment targets are met within timelines.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience
Knowledge of recruitment portals (eg: Naukri, indeed )and hiring processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum 2 Years Experience
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
