- Manpower Planning: Receive manpower requirements from departments and ensure management approval before initiating recruitment.
- JD & SOP: Collaborate with teams to prepare and update job descriptions and standard operating procedures in a timely manner.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain employee master data, personnel files, joining records, attendance, leave, and exit documentation.
- Onboarding: Conduct joining formalities including induction, appointment letters, policy acknowledgements, ID/access card issuance, and asset allocation; send onboarding/offboarding updates via WhatsApp.
- Monitoring: Track daily attendance, late arrivals, absenteeism, leave approvals, and employee discipline, and provide regular updates to the Managing Director.
- Payroll & Statutory: Prepare monthly payroll inputs for Finance and coordinate statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, WC, insurance, and site labour documentation.
- Grievance Handling: Support grievance resolution, issue warning letters, maintain disciplinary records, and coordinate probation and performance reviews.
- Exit Formalities: Manage the resignation process including acknowledgement, handover, clearance, asset return, and preparation of final settlement inputs.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
