Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the school’s digital presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign management, audience engagement, and promoting the school’s brand image through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the school’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, stories, posters, and captions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for admissions, events, achievements, and school activities.
- Coordinate with departments to collect photos, videos, and updates for social media posting.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for promotional materials.
- Assist in branding, digital promotions, and event marketing activities.
- Ensure all content aligns with the school’s vision, mission, and brand guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong creative skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic designing and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Creativity and storytelling ability.
- Good analytical and multitasking skills.
- Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
