Collection Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Collection Executive for our Darbhanga branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, and minimizing delinquency in the assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for timely repayment of loan EMIs.
- Visit customers and guarantors for collection of overdue installments.
- Achieve monthly collection targets as assigned by management.
- Identify delinquent accounts and take necessary recovery actions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to reduce future defaults.
- Update collection activities and customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with branch and credit teams for resolution of collection-related issues.
- Trace skip cases and locate customers through field visits and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in collections, recovery, or field operations.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, Commercial Vehicle Finance, or Three-Wheeler Finance will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness for field work may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and recovery skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of loan collection processes.
- Familiarity with the local market and geography of Darbhanga.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
