Main Responsibilities:

To ensure safety practice in Heat Treatment.

To Look after the Hardening process with the Salt bath and Vacuum Furnaces.

To Look after the Tempering process with Gas, Electrical & Salt Tempering.

In process Calibration of thermocouples.
-
Implementation of Production plan.

To perform regular Metallurgical Testings like Hardness, Grain size, Tempered structure & Analysis of Retained Austenite.

To Look after the surface treatments like Steam tempering, Blackening, Gold oxide.

To Control the shift manpower and attain the production targets with consistent quality.

To co-ordinate with maintenance department

Failure analysis and implementation of CAPA.

To maintain the production records & documents as per the ISO system.
-
Controlling non -conformities.
Experience and required competencies:
- 3-7 years experience in Meteorology.
