Job Search & Outreach Assistant (Contract, Remote)

Hours: ~25-30 hrs/week, with overlap to UK/EU hours (approx. 1:30–7:00pm IST)
Pay: 20-30k monthly retainer + bonus per confirmed first-round interview secured
The Role
Run a structured 60-day search campaign for a senior supply chain and commercial operations leader (20+ years; ex-Tesco UK, ex-Maersk; MSc, University of Greenwich London). Target: remote contract, fractional, and consulting engagements with UK, European, and Singaporean companies in logistics, supply chain, and climate/deep-tech.
Positioning, master CV, target list, and a LinkedIn Premium account will be provided. Your job is to run the outreach and application engine consistently — at volume, with high quality and accurate tracking.
Responsibilities
- Source & shortlist relevant roles daily via LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialist boards.
- Apply — tailor the CV and cover note to each role; submit within 72 hours of posting where possible.
- Outreach — identify hiring managers, founders, and recruiters at target companies; draft personalised LinkedIn connection notes and InMails (under 400 characters) for approval; follow up on a 5–7 day cadence.
- Track & report — maintain the application/outreach CRM; deliver a weekly report on volume, replies, interviews booked, and next-week plan.
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or executive VA work.
- Excellent written English. The outreach messages are the product — this is non-negotiable.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn search, Premium features, and InMail.
- Highly organised; proven track record maintaining trackers/CRMs and hitting weekly targets without supervision.
Bonus: experience in executive/fractional search, or in logistics, supply chain, or climate-tech.
