We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager with strong expertise in Electrical and HVAC systems to drive coordination, design review, and execution support for an airport project.
Role Overview
The MEP Manager will oversee the planning, design coordination, and site integration of Electrical and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements, performance standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP (Electrical & HVAC) design review and coordination with consultants and contractors
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and airport-specific requirements
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements
- Monitor installation quality, progress, and system integration at site
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines
- Identify and resolve design clashes and site challenges
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes
- Drive value engineering and optimize system performance and cost
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 7–10 years of experience in MEP systems, with strong exposure to Electrical and HVAC
- Experience in airport / large infrastructure / commercial projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, electrical distribution systems, and building services coordination
- Familiarity with relevant standards (NBC, ASHRAE, IS codes, etc.)
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
