Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in a production environment.
- Familiarity with database concepts and ability to work with backend data to resolve application issues.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
