Job Summary
The Commis Helper – Chinese Section supports the Chinese kitchen team in food preparation, kitchen cleaning, ingredient handling, and daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs in the preparation of Chinese dishes and ingredients.
Wash, cut, clean, and prepare vegetables, meat, seafood, and other food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Chinese kitchen section.
Support in arranging and storing kitchen items and stock properly.
Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations regularly.
Assist during food service and busy operational hours.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
Ensure proper handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
Follow instructions given by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Experience in Chinese kitchen operations is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
