Job Profile
The Client Servicing Executive will support the Client Servicing team in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns. This role is a key link between the client and internal teams and involves coordinating creative, media, digital, and event requirements to deliver effective communication solutions. The role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how brands are built through 360° marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal departments
Assist in understanding client briefs and relaying them to creative/digital/media teams
Coordinate timelines, feedback, and delivery of ongoing projects
Document meetings, status updates, and internal communications
Help in preparing presentations, reports, and campaign proposals
Learn to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Support in building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities
Candidate Profile:
Good personality and strong verbal/written communication skills
Self-driven, organized, and willing to take ownership of assigned work
Passionate about branding, advertising, and digital marketing
Updated with advertising trends and client industries
Should be willing to travel if required for shoots, meetings, or events
A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow
Required Criteria:
Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant fields
Internship or 0–2 years of experience in an advertising/branding/digital agency
Knowledge of Print, Digital, and Social Media platforms is a plus
Exposure to handling professional client communication is preferred
Experience with government or institutional clients (optional but beneficial)
