We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing IT professionals, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Draft and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle salary negotiations and background verification.
- Manage onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and recruitment partners.
- Ensure timely hiring closures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience using job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
