The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the branch. The role includes handling customer service, achieving business and sales targets, managing staff, maintaining branch records, and ensuring compliance with society policies. The ABM will also assist in loan processing, deposit mobilization, recovery follow-ups, and other field activities whenever required. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the ABM will oversee branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. The candidate should maintain good relationships with members, provide quality service, and contribute to the overall growth and performance of the branch.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
