Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.
- Introduce company services and generate business leads.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare and submit call reports and activity updates.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualification:
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B lead generation or international calling.
- Knowledge of networking, IT, or business services industry.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
