Job Title: Academic Sales Counsellor (Fresher)

Role Overview:
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Academic Sales Counsellors to join our in-house sales team. The role involves handling company-provided mobile devices, engaging with students, and promoting academic programs. Candidates must be convincing, hyper-active, and passionate about marketing and student interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company mobile and manage student inquiries.
- Make and attend a minimum of 150 calls per day to prospective students.
- Convince and counsel students about academic programs and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh graduates with interest in marketing and sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Energetic, hyper-active, and target-driven personality.
- Willingness to handle high call volumes daily.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-house sales environment.
