About the Role:
Oxymed Hospital is seeking a dedicated and qualified BDS Doctor to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. This is a core clinical position focused on advanced patient monitoring, clinical assessments, and medical management.
Key Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, record detailed medical histories, and perform initial physical examinations for incoming or in-house patients.
- Monitor critical patient vitals, manage IV lines, administer basic/advanced life support if needed, and document clinical notes in electronic medical records.
- Assist senior consultants and super-specialists during complex clinical rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient queries, nursing coordination, and immediate clinical escalations within the ward.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital infection control, biomedical waste disposal, and clinical safety protocols.
Shift & Timings:
- Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Probationary Period:
All selected candidates will undergo a 3-month probation period upon joining. Confirmation of permanent employment is subject to a successful clinical performance and operational review at the end of the probation term.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university.
- Registration: Valid state medical council registration.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of clinical experience. Strong diagnostic acumen, exceptional bedside manner, emergency handling capability, and high proficiency in medical charting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
