Job Summary
ABAP Development : Develop new ABAP reports/BADI/BAPI etc as per business needs in HCM module. Hands on experience in HR ABAP focussed on developments in the area of EC, OM and PA
Process : Familiar in HCM process covering OM, PA and EC submodules in HCM
Interface Management: Daily monitoring and support of the replication of employee data from SuccessFactors Employee Central via SAP CPI, using various tools such as Replication Monitor, SLG1 etc.
Integration & Synchronization: Daily monitoring of the Business Partner (BP) synchronization to ensure HR records are correctly linked to S/4HANA Business Partners for vendor/employee payments.
Issue Resolution : Resolve any sync issues in timely manner respecting the SLA timeframe.

Skill Requirements
Technical Knowledge: Deep experience in ABAP programming, debugging, IDoc processing, and ALE/EDI configuration.
Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable: Sap Certified Development Associate Abap With Sap Netweaver Or Similar Certifications.
