We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality leads, optimize marketing spend, and scale digital campaigns to support business growth.
*Role Objective: -*
- The Tele calling Executive will be the first point of contact for potential investors and homebuyers.
- The primary goal is to convert digital marketing leads and database inquiries into confirmed Site Visits for our premium plotted developments and residential projects.
*Key Responsibilities: -*
- *Lead Management: -* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
- *Project Pitching: -* Clearly explain the unique selling points (USPs) of projects like Srivaru Orchards, including location advantages in the Whitefield corridor, amenities, and pricing.
- *Consultancy Approach: -* Educate clients on the importance of RERA compliance and investment growth potential in North/East Bengaluru.
- *Appointment Scheduling: -* Persuade interested leads to scheduled site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team/Manager for site assistance.
- *Follow-ups: -* Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule via calls and WhatsApp to nurture long-term prospects.
- *Data Management: -* Update the CRM/Daily Tracker with accurate call remarks, lead status, and scheduled appointments.
- *Feedback Loop: -* Provide daily reports on lead quality and common customer objections to the marketing team.
