Body Shop Advisor - Incheon Kia
About the Role:
Incheon Kia is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Body Shop Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions related to accident repairs, insurance claims, and body shop services while ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the body shop.
- Inspect vehicles and assess accident-related damages.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates and explain repair costs to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
- Explain repair scope, timelines, and delivery schedules to customers.
- Liaise with technicians and the spare parts team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Provide regular status updates to customers throughout the repair process.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Body Shop Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and accident repair estimation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing repair estimates and handling customer queries.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
