Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote our pharma products
- Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with field staff and ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM
- Prior tele-calling or sales experience is an advantage
