SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant / Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant / Business Analyst to deliver high‑quality HR and Payroll reporting using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. This role plays a critical part in transforming business questions into trusted insights by designing and delivering complex Story Reports across Employee Central and Time Management.
You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements, model data accurately across SuccessFactors schemas, and deliver scalable, audit‑ready reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
Key focus areas include:
End‑to‑end development of Story Reports in SAP SuccessFactors
Data modelling across Employee Central and Time Management schemas
Translating business and regulatory requirements into technical reporting solutions
Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and UAT support
Certifications (Preferred):
- SAP Certified – SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting (C_THR92)
- SAP Certified Professional – SuccessFactors People Analytics Embedded Edition (highly regarded)
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on SuccessFactors reporting experience, a strong understanding of HR data models in SF, and a consulting mindset focused on quality, accuracy, and business value/impact.
