Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for service customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure timely communication of service updates, repair progress, and delivery timelines.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for smooth operations.
- Follow up with customers for service reminders, pending work, and payment collections.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback after service.
- Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
- Ensure customer issues are addressed promptly to enhance retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and work on improvement plans.
- Educate customers on service packages
- Ensure repeat business through proactive communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automobile service processes and technical terms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Customer satisfaction index (CSI) score.
- Repeat customer ratio.
- Timely resolution of complaints.
Candidate Profile:
1/ Educational Qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate
2/ Should have 4 to 5 years of experience in same field.
3/ Should have good knowledge of Email & Excel
4/ Good communication skills both in Assamese,Hindi,English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
