- Manage daily logistics operations from pickup to final delivery.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for smooth shipment movement.
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Resolve delivery issues and provide shipment updates.
- Maintain operational records, PODs, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing.
