Job Summary:
Voraco Distributors is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our sales team. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating internally with various departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with documentation, data entry, and internal coordination
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatches
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in ERP and internal systems
- Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with accounts for payment updates
- Monitor stock availability and assist in planning order execution
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
