Within the Global Consulting Services, the Delivery pillar supports and works with Deloitte Firms to standardize delivery capabilities across their offerings to provide a consistent experience and higher quality to our clients and proactively manage the increasing complexity and lower the risk in our business. The team drives standardization during scoping, estimation and delivery.
Overview of the role
The professional will act as a strategic enabler and advisor to Global Delivery Leaders to help drive Delivery Transformation priorities. They will enable them to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will support Delivery Transformation program, Global and Member Firm Delivery Transformation Leaders, to drive communications and learning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Global Delivery and member firm Delivery Transformation leaders to drive Delivery Transformation activation through Learning and Change Management initiatives
- Partner closely with Global Learning and Change & Communications teams to manage programs end-to-end, providing Delivery Transformation subject matter expertise to ensure content, messaging, and learning experiences align with strategic priorities
- Drive program management and PMO activities across change and learning initiatives, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams to drive alignment on DT activation initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and adoption across global and Member Firm audiences
- Lead the development of hypotheses, define key business questions, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights, measure effectiveness, and inform activation strategies
- Support senior executives in developing executive level documents (PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports) for senior leadership utilizing story boarding skills
- Develop knowledge of Delivery Transformation priorities to share insights and trends as appropriate
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to execute requirements, and provide suggestions/automations to enhance deliverables
Requisite core skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
- Strong core consulting skills – i.e. research, financial analysis, business writing, including logical data structuring and proficiency in storyboarding techniques to derive meaningful insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead/co-lead initiatives given aggressive timelines and adapt approaches to different cultures, communication styles, and working styles
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to develop a network among primary stakeholders across the thread/team. Adept at building consensus and taking stakeholders’ perspective into account while forging and maintaining relationships
- Experienced in collaborating effectively across team and career levels, including virtual team environment
- Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
- Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information
- Added advantage: Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy & operations, transformational roles
- Added advantage: Write and edit Macros in Excel, create dashboards on Tableau, PowerBI, SharePoint knowledge and familiarity with online meeting platforms like MS Teams and Zoom
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
- Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong track record in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
- Hybrid working: The individual is expected to come to the base office location at least 2 days a week as per the hybrid plan
