About Us
We are a fast-growing AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block manufacturing company under the BlockOLite brand, delivering high-quality, eco-friendly building materials for modern construction. We are expanding our sales network across western Uttar Pradesh and looking for a driven sales professional to build our dealer and distributor channel.
Role Summary
This is a dealer-development role. Your primary job is to appoint new dealers and distributors for AAC blocks and grow off-take through them, while also generating direct demand among builders, contractors, and architects in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers, distributors, and stockists across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners to grow monthly off-take.
- Generate direct demand by engaging builders, developers, contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Explain the advantages of AAC blocks over traditional bricks (cost savings, strength, thermal insulation, speed of construction).
- Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, schemes, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly targets for new dealer additions and sales volume.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/plant team for smooth order execution and delivery.
- Support timely payment collection and dealer account reconciliation.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in building materials sales (cement, TMT steel, bricks, tiles, paint, sanitaryware, etc.).
- Existing network of dealers, contractors, architects, or builders in the local market is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
