Financial Strategy & Capital Deployment
- Architect the financial strategy aligned with multi-year growth plans — retail expansion, new showroom investments, e-commerce scaling
- Lead deployment of capital with a structured allocation framework and clear ROI metrics for each investment vertical ₹ • Drive financial modelling for store openings, category mix optimisation (gold vs. diamond vs. studded), and working capital efficiency
SEBI Compliance & Listed Company Governance
- Own end-to-end SEBI (LODR) compliance: quarterly/annual reporting, board disclosures, corporate governance reports, insider trading compliance
- Primary interface with Audit Committee; ensure timely statutory audits, internal audits, and secretarial compliance• Oversee regulatory filings with BSE, NSE, ROC, MCA, SEBI — coordinate with Company Secretary on all governance matters • Manage compliance for NCRPS and future capital market transactions
Treasury, Working Capital & Commodity Risk
- Manage treasury operations: gold metal loans, bullion procurement, and commodity hedging to protect margins against gold price volatility
- Optimise inventory carrying costs — a critical lever where inventory is both the product and a significant capital commitment • Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash flow management to maintain near-debt-free position
Investor Relations & Institutional Engagement
- Build and lead the IR function post-QIP — manage relationships with FPIs, mutual funds, and AIFs now in the shareholder base • Prepare quarterly earnings narratives, investor decks; participate in analyst calls and investor meetings • Articulate growth thesis, margin trajectory, and capital efficiency to the market
Financial Reporting, MIS & Technology
- Establish robust MIS with real-time dashboards: store-level P&L, category margins, inventory aging, customer acquisition costs • Lead ERP/financial systems implementation to support omnichannel operations (offline retail + e-commerce)• Ensure accurate Ind AS-compliant financial statements, consolidated accounts, and segment reporting
Taxation, Controls & Risk Management
- Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, income tax, TDS/TCS) — optimise tax efficiency with full compliance • Strengthen internal controls: SOPs for inventory valuation, gold accounting, making charges, inter-branch transfers • Implement enterprise risk management covering commodity, operational, credit, and regulatory risk
Team Building
- Build, mentor, and lead the finance team across financial planning, accounts, compliance, and investor relations • Foster a culture of financial discipline, analytical rigour, and transparency across the organisation
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
