Roles and Responsibilities: •End-to-End Campaign Delivery Lead the execution of shopper marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and off-site media channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to performance expectations. Monitor campaign progress and adjust strategies as necessary to address any performance gaps or delays. Conduct post-campaign reviews to assess effectiveness and gather insights for future improvements. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and media partners, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle. Resolve issues promptly by leveraging relationships with media partners and internal teams. Maintain a comprehensive record of stakeholder interactions and feedback to inform future campaigns. •Operational Process Improvement Ensure that operational processes are maintained and continuously improved, including the development of workflows and supplier briefs. Utilise tools like Monday.com to streamline campaign management processes and enhance team collaboration. Identify and implement best practices for campaign delivery to increase efficiency and reduce error rates. Regularly review and update operational documentation to reflect changes and improvements in processes. Team Training and Development Train and onboard new Delivery team members to ensure a high level of work quality and understanding of campaign processes. Engage in knowledge sharing and documentation to create a repository of best practices and lessons learned. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging proactive problem-solving and innovation. •Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure that all campaign deliverables meet quality standards by reviewing creative assets and targeting strategies. Communicate material deadlines to the business, ensuring timely fulfilment or rescheduling of print and digital deadlines. Proactively check channel availabilities and send reminders to stakeholders regarding remnant inventory and key deadlines. Act as a point of escalation for any issues related to campaign quality, identifying potential problem areas and implementing solutions. •Self-leadership Accountable for individual compliance with company values, policies and procedures (including XXXX Code of Conduct) and all applicable external laws and regulations.
