Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for our Podcast and Media platform. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sponsorship and advertising deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in podcast sponsorships and media sales.
- Approach brands, agencies, and direct clients for advertising partnerships.
- Present media kits, pitch decks, and campaign proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with content, marketing, and production teams to execute campaigns.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, media sales, or business development preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and podcast industry is a plus.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
