Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create effective software applications, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages such as Java or C#. - Familiarity with agile project management tools like JIRA or Trello. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
