Role Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and facilities operations of the office, ensuring a smooth, well-organized, and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-office operations — reception, visitor management, courier/mail handling
- Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement (stationery, pantry, housekeeping)
- Coordinate facility maintenance — AMC contracts, repairs, security, and safety compliance
- Manage travel bookings, hotel accommodation, and logistics for employees/guests
- Support event coordination (townhalls, team offsites, celebrations)
- Maintain admin records, invoices, and vendor payment documentation
- Liaise with building management, security agencies, and housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (fire safety, licenses, Shops & Establishments registration display, etc.)
- Support onboarding logistics — workstation setup, access cards, ID cards
- Handle petty cash and basic expense tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration/facilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Good communication skills (English + Kannada preferred, for local vendor/authority coordination)
- Ability to multitask and handle ad-hoc requests independently
Preferred
- Experience working in an IT/corporate office environment
- Familiarity with facility management software/ticketing tools
Pay: ₹8,646.96 - ₹28,485.06 per month
