About the Role
The Chennai Mobiles is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Sales Executives to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and gadgets while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and electronic gadgets based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, EMI options, and warranty details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell accessories, insurance, and value-added services.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers with billing coordination and after-sales support.
- Keep up to date with the latest products, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure stock availability and report shortages to the Branch Manager.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
