Job Title: CDP / DCDP (Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie)
Departments & Salary Range (Based on Experience):
- Indian Cuisine – Up to ₹40,000/month
- Chinese Cuisine – Up to ₹40,000/month
- Tandoor – Up to ₹50,000/month
- Biryani – Up to ₹40,000/month
- Continental Cuisine – Up to ₹40,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations during service.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Follow all SOPs and kitchen standards.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in the respective cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and time management skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
