- Equipment Operations: Assist senior operators in running and setting up production machinery (e.g., CNC, VMC, welding or assembly equipment).
- Maintenance & Repair: Support the electrical or mechanical maintenance teams during routine servicing and minor machine breakdown repairs.
- Quality Inspections: Perform basic testing on raw materials and finished goods using measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical drawings, job cards, and wiring schematics relevant to your trade.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols (wearing PPE) and maintain a clean, 5S-compliant work environment.
- Documentation: Record daily production data, tool usage, and maintenance logs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
