Job Summary
The Video Editor & Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that supports the hospital's branding, marketing, patient education, internal communications, and digital engagement initiatives. The role requires expertise in graphic design, video production, motion graphics, social media content creation, and healthcare-related visual communication.
The incumbent should possess prior experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation within the hospital or healthcare industry and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex medical information in a visually appealing, ethical, and patient-friendly manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, patient information leaflets, newsletters, annual reports, and hospital publications.
- Develop visually appealing designs aligned with hospital branding guidelines.
- Create promotional materials for hospital services, specialties, consultants, health camps, awareness programs, and events.
- Design digital creatives for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Produce infographics and educational materials explaining medical procedures, disease prevention, and patient care information.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication materials.
Video Editing Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for:
- Hospital promotional campaigns
- Doctor interviews
- Patient testimonials
- Health awareness programs
- Surgical and procedural educational content
- Employee engagement activities
- Corporate presentations
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
- Create short-form video content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Optimize video formats for different digital platforms.
- Manage video archives and maintain organized media libraries.
Content Development
- Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams, marketing personnel, and management to understand content requirements.
- Convert medical and healthcare information into engaging visual content suitable for patients and the public.
- Support public health awareness campaigns through creative storytelling and visual communication.
- Assist in script visualization, storyboard creation, and content planning.
Photography & Multimedia Support
- Capture and edit photographs of hospital facilities, medical equipment, healthcare professionals, events, and patient education activities.
- Coordinate multimedia coverage for conferences, CME programs, health camps, and hospital events.
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of digital assets.
Branding & Marketing Support
- Support hospital branding initiatives and reputation management activities.
- Develop campaign-specific creative materials to increase patient engagement and service awareness.
- Monitor visual communication trends and recommend innovative design concepts.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies regarding patient information and medical content.

- Experience creating healthcare awareness, patient education, and medical marketing content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing capabilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
