As an Administrative Assistant at SkyWings Aviation, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, support our management team, and ensure that all administrative processes are handled with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, students, and clients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct phone calls, manage the general company email inbox, and handle routine correspondence.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical), perform data entry, and ensure all records are kept up-to-date and confidential.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings or training sessions.
- Office Support: Monitor and order office supplies, maintain a clean reception area, and liaise with vendors.
- Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a relevant clerical role.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with office management software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
