We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels, focusing on ROI and growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives
- Track and report key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel setup, etc.)
- Understanding of funnel optimization and user acquisition
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in app marketing or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Pay: ₹25,852.26 - ₹40,803.90 per month
