Position: Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review plumbing and fire fighting system drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Supervise installation of plumbing, drainage, water supply, sewage, storm water, and fire fighting systems.
- Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant IS/NBC standards.
- Monitor site progress, conduct quality inspections, and prepare progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills, review shop drawings, and inspect material submissions.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues related to plumbing and fire fighting works.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP services.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in plumbing and fire fighting systems.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, NFPA, NBC, and fire safety regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in consultant/PMC or contracting organizations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
