REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
✔Basic Knowledge of Real estate sales process.
✔Real estate experience is a must
✔Strong in sales closures / CRM handling
✔ Excellent communication & client handling
✔Handle post-sales customer interactions (agreement, documentation, payment follow-ups)
✔Send payment reminders & follow-ups Ensure smooth handover process of property to customers
✔Prepare reports on customer status, collections, and feedback
✔Build strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
