Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and certified 1st Class Boiler Operator to manage, operate, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment. The operator will ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations as per statutory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and related utility equipment.
- Monitor boiler parameters, temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and overall performance.
- Ensure safe start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling of boilers.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain logbooks, operation records, and ensure compliance with boiler regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
- Ensure proper water treatment, blowdown, fuel handling, and efficiency optimization.
- Comply with Factory Act, Boiler Act, and all safety protocols.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of steam boilers and high-pressure operations.
- Ability to identify faults and take corrective action immediately.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency handling.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Summary
We are hiring a 2nd Class Boiler Operator responsible for operating and maintaining low/medium-pressure boilers and supporting the senior operator in ensuring uninterrupted boiler operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor low/medium pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment.
- Assist in daily boiler operations, water level checks, pressure monitoring, and routine maintenance.
- Record operational data in logbooks and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure safe operation of boilers as per standard procedures.
- Assist in start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling under supervision.
- Support maintenance team in basic servicing and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety rules and comply with statutory boiler guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of boiler operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain operational logs.
- Good understanding of fuel handling, water quality checks, and routine maintenance.
