The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. The role includes end-to-end ownership of features, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment. It also involves optimizing system performance, maintaining coding standards, and mentoring junior developers. Additionally, the developer collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions while ensuring long-term platform stability.
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
- Develop Apex, Triggers, Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Perform configurations including object creation, fields, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices
- Handle deployments, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
- Optimize performance and manage governor limits and large data volumes
- Implement security (roles, sharing, CRUD/FLS) and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and convert business needs into technical solutions
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
