Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships. Business Development Officers are the face of EduConnectIn in the field.
The role involves meeting decision makers across preschools, schools, colleges, and universities throughout the assigned territory, understanding their requirements, demonstrating EduConnectIn's products and services, managing the sales pipeline, maintaining client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. The Business Development Officer will also track performance metrics, provide feedback on product and service improvements, and represent EduConnectIn at relevant events and meetings.
This is a highly field-oriented role requiring extensive local travel, excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
