- Inspect all community spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns
- Respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting smoke detector
- Provide tenants with advice and guidance on maintaining their apartment homes
- Ability To Repair When Electrical Item Like Bulb,DG Etc Got Failure Or Damaged
- Required Qualifications:
- Should Have Licence As An Electrician
- Expereince In Industry As An Electrician Preferred
