Objective: Ensure rapid, accurate, and high-quality 2-way communication across all direct chat and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities: What Sapp 2-way communication, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube query handling?
First Response Time (FRT): Maintain an average response time of under 15 minutes for WhatsApp and social media queries during business hours.
Resolution Rate: Achieve a minimum 90% query resolution rate on the first point of contact without escalating.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Maintain a CSAT score of 4.5/5 or higher based on post-interaction feedback.
2. E-Commerce Website & Catalogue Management
Objective: Keep the website updated, visually appealing, and optimized for sales while maintaining accurate inventory data.
Key Responsibilities: Website product uploading, coordinating product shoots, managing Bhatia online stock data, and handling website-specific customer traffic/replies.
Turnaround Time (TAT) for Uploads: Ensure new products and photo shoot imagery are live on the website within 24–48 hours of receiving raw assets.
Stock Accuracy: Maintain 100% data alignment between physical stock/Bhatia system and the live website to avoid overselling
Inventory Update Frequency: Run daily stock checks and update the digital inventory system by 11:00 AM every morning.
3. CRM & Data Operations
Objective: Efficiently utilize CRM tools to track customer journeys, manage loyalty/data, and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities: Managing Opt culture and Karix software.
Data Logging Accuracy: Ensure 100% of customer interactions and profiles are accurately captured and updated daily in Opt culture and Karix.
System Proficiency: Zero operational downtime or data errors caused by improper software handling.
Campaign Execution: Assist in executing CRM-based customer reach-out campaigns on schedule.
4. Retail Visual Merchandising (Digital Screen Management)
Objective: Ensure all showroom digital displays are functional, current, and aligned with on-going marketing campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities: Managing and updating all showroom screens Videos daily.
Update Consistency: 100% adherence to the daily screen check and update schedule before the showroom opens to the public.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
