About the Role
Meadbery is a 7-year-old D2C health supplement brand. Our Liver Care division sells through an in-house dietitian team that speaks directly with customers every day. We are looking for a Sales Trainer who can turn good callers into great closers — improving how they pitch, handle objections, build trust, and increase order value on every call.
This is a hands-on coaching role, not a classroom one. You will listen to live and recorded calls, run 1-on-1 training, and own the numbers that come out of better selling: conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase.
What You'll Do
- Coach a team of ~30 Dietitian cum sales agents to pitch with confidence and close more effectively
- Run structured 1-on-1 training sessions and live call role-plays in Hindi / Hinglish
- Listen to and score daily calls, identify where deals and order value are being lost, and fix it
- Build and maintain pitch scripts, objection-handling guides, and upsell / cross-sell talk tracks
- Train agents to increase Average Order Value through pack upgrades and product combinations
- Improve customer trust and tone — our customers buy on relationship, not pressure
- Track each agent's progress weekly and report improvements in conversion, AOV, and repeat rate
- Onboard and ramp up new joiners on product knowledge and sales process
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in tele-sales / inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in training, coaching, or quality (QA)
- Fluent in Hindi and Hinglish — must be able to demonstrate a live pitch, not just teach theory
- Strong grip on call structure: discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
- Experience coaching to metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and prepaid / repeat rate
- Comfortable listening to calls and giving direct, practical feedback
- Preferred: background in healthcare, pharma tele-consult, nutraceutical, or D2C tele-sales
